1. 50%
to 70% deposit is required upon ordering, stock is subject to supplier
availability.
2. Deposit is not refundable within the stock pending period, but if order is out of
stock, 100% payment will be REFUNDED.
3. Pre-order
means not ready stock.
4. ETA
just a estimate sometimes may delay due to many reasons. Those who not able to
wait, please do not make your order to avoid any conflict and arguments.
5. In
order to secure your order, its advised to make payment ASAP.
6. First
payment, first serve basis will applied for all order. Delivery method within
Malaysia will be done by PosLaju, or EMS for International Orders.
7. Coach
price and availability may varies from time to time, please email to confirm
before purchase.
8. Colors,
design may be different slightly due to monitor settings & lighting of the
photography.
9. We do not accept by the color does not like, chromatic aberration, goods are
dissimilar with attractiveness as your imagination, too big or too small,
off-thread, the ordered size does not match you and so on.
10. After
payment, pre-order cannot be cancelled, please consider carefully before
purchasing.
11. The
client purchases all merchandise at his/her own risk and ILuvBag Incorporation
will not be held responsible for any shortcomings, faults or misapprehension of
merchandise sold here.
12. Prices
are subject to changed without prior notice. We reserve the right to
change the price if necessary, depending on situations that are unavoidable
such as custom taxes, foreign exchange etc.
13. Please
NOTE that once items/goods sold are NOT refundable, returnable or exchangeable.
14. We
are not responsible for any delayed/damaged/lost items during delivery process.
15. We
have the right to change the terms and conditions without further
